摘要
两个多世纪以来,区分基本贸易理论的关键都在供给侧的差异,忽视了需求侧。贸易理论从供给到需求的新转向,不仅符合时代背景,具有重要的理论根源,还蕴含深刻的理论“转向”和创新意义。本文尝试系统性介绍贸易理论需求侧的最新研究成果,深入挖掘和追溯需求侧转向的缘起与继承性发展,归纳总结了新转向的具体表现形式及需求驱动的贸易结果,全面讨论该理论的实践应用与未来发展,以期为中国构建国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局提供理论支持与政策解读。
For more than two centuries,the key to distinguishing basic trade theories has lain in supply-side differences,while the role of demand-side factors has been ignored.The new turn in trade theory from supply to demand not only presents a profound historical background and theoretical roots but is also in fitting with the times.This paper systematically introduces the latest research results on the demand side of trade theory,excavating and tracing the origin and inherited development of its transformation in depth and inducing and summarising the specific manifestations of the new transformation and the demand-driven trade outcomes.It also comprehensively discusses the practical application and future development of this theory in order to provide theoretical support and policy connotations for the new development pattern of China’s domestic and international dual circulation.
