摘要
目的:调查护生实习前同辈压力水平,分析影响因素。方法:对238名护生采用大学生同辈压力量表进行调查。结果:护生同辈压力总分均分为(-0.472±0.806)分,性别、学历、是否为非独生子女及家庭类型为同辈压力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:护生在实习前主要感受到积极的同辈压力,家庭、学校和医院应采取适当方式帮助护生应对同辈压力。
Objective:To investigate the peer pressure level of nursing students before internship and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 238 nursing students were investigated with the University Students’Peer Pressure Inventory.Results:The total score of peer pressure of nursing students was(-0.472±0.806).Gender,educational background,non-only-child status and family type were the influencing factors of peer pressure(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing students are mainly subjected to positive peer pressure before internship.Families,schools and hospitals should take appropriate measures to help nursing students cope with peer pressure.
