摘要
目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)的疫情下,赴武汉支援外地护士的压力源及有效应对措施,以缓解其压力,全方位保障这场战争的胜利。方法基于现象学质性研究方法,对17名赴武汉支援并在一线工作的外地护士采用半结构式访谈,利用质性内容分析法对访谈资料进行分析。结果归纳出4个类属10个主题:对疾病相关问题的担忧(病毒传染性强;疫情引发的心理问题);工作压力方面(穿着防护服工作,身体有诸多不适;病员多、病情重、休息时间少;工作环境陌生;地域差别,语言不通,饮食习惯不同);家庭、社会因素(担心家中的老人和孩子照顾问题;亲人被传染的问题);应对压力的方式少(与外界沟通少;释放压力的途径少)。结论疫情环境下,一线护理人员面临着巨大的心理和生理压力,要采取有效的措施进行干预,保证其身心健康,全方位保障打赢这场疫情攻坚战。
Objective To explore the stressors and effective measures to support nurses in Wuhan during the corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19),to relieve the pressure and ensure the victory of the war.Methods Based on the phenomenological qualitative research method,seventeen nonlocal nurses who went to Wuhan and work in the first-line were interviewed by a semi-structured way,and the interview data were analyzed by using the Qualitative content analysis method.Results A total of 4 categories and 10 themes were summed up,including worried about the problems of the disease(highly infectious virus;psychological problems caused by the epidemic);the pressure of work(work in protective clothing,physical discomfort;more patients,heavy illness,less rest time;unfamiliar working environment;different regions,languages and eating habits);family and social factors(worried about the elderly and children at the home;infection of relatives);less ways to deal with stress(less communicated with the outside world;less ways to release pressure).Conclusion Under the circumstance of epidemic situation,the first-line nurses are faced with great psychological and physiological pressure.Effective measures should be taken to intervene to ensure their physical and mental health,so as to win the battle of epidemic situation in an all-round way.
