摘要
石油化工行业中高速压缩机因其系统较为复杂,所以要求其气动性能和强度性能可靠。在实际生产中,为了适应复杂的运行工况,根据以往的运行经验与数据,为了能够使压缩机能够到达设计压比要求。针对运行过程中叶轮的强度、轴向力等其他方面进行了更加深入的分析与研究,并进行了结构改造。
The complex high-speed compressor in petrochemical industry requires reliable aerodynamic and strength performance.In the actual production,in order to adapt to the complex operating conditions,according to the previous operating experience and data,in order to enable the compressor to reach the design pressure ratio requirements.Therefore,the strength and axial force of impeller are analyzed in depth,and reformed.
