酒钢选矿厂选别工艺的改进与发展 被引量:11

Innovation and development of separation technology in Jiugang concentrator

摘要 结合酒钢选矿厂桦树沟和黑沟两个矿区的难选氧化铁矿石性质,详细介绍了酒钢选矿厂从建厂至今,几次大的选别工艺变革、设备创新以及由此带来的选矿指标提升。矿石入选粒度由最初 15~100 mm 扩展到 0~100 mm,选别工艺由竖炉焙烧磁选发展到强磁选与焙烧磁选并存,再到焙烧磁选—浮选联合,最后发展为全粒级悬浮磁化焙烧—磁选—浮选联合新工艺,铁精矿品位由 47% 上升至 60%,回收率为 85%,精矿中 SiO含量由 11% 降至 5% 以下。 Based on the nature of refractory iron oxide ore from Huashugou and Heigou mining zone of Jiugang concentrator,the paper in detail introduced several large innovations of separation technology and equipment reconstruction as well as sequent enhancement in separation indexes since the building of Jiugang concentrator.The feed size extended from original 15 ~ 100 mm to 0 ~ 100 mm,and the separation technology developed from shaft furnace roasting magnetic separation to the coexistence of high-intensity magnetic separation and roasting magnetic separation,and then to the combination of roasting magnetic separation and flotation,finally to the new combined process involving whole-sized suspension magnetic roasting,magnetic separation and flotation in sequence.The grade of iron concentrate increased from 47% to 60% with recovery ratio of 85%,SiOcontent in concentrate reduced from 11% to less than 5%.
