摘要
为实现水利工程用地划界确权工作信息化、高效率目标,基于任务要求和任务特点及重难点分析,研究数据建设方法、梳理技术工作路线,设计3S技术系统化集成应用方案,阐述各主要工作环节的3S技术集成应用具体方法,并应用于湖北公安县的划界确权中。应用实践表明3S技术方法和集成应用方案可行,能完成权属调查、界址点线测定、数据入库、进度控制等多项任务要点,辅助高效完成水利工程用地划界确权数据信息化工作。
In order to achieve the goal of informatization and high efficiency of water conservancy project land delimitation and right confirma-tion,based on the analysis of task requirements,task characteristics,key and difficult points,we designed data construction method,technical work route and systematic integration application scheme of 3S technology,and elaborated the specific method of 3S technology integration ap-plication in each main work link,which was applied to the delimitation and right confirmation of Gong’an County in Hubei Province.The appli-cation practice shows that 3S technology method and the integrated application scheme are feasible,which can complete the ownership survey,boundary point line determination,data storage,progress control and other tasks,and assist the efficient completion of the water conservancy project land delimitation and right confirmation data informatization work.
