摘要
目的 了解山东大学中职学生艾滋病知识、性观念及性行为状况。方法 于2020年7月,采用分层整群抽样方法对山东大学4所中职学校的3 235名学生进行自填式问卷调查,分析其人口学、艾滋病知识、性观念、性行为等信息。结果 山东大学中职学生艾滋病知识总体知晓率为54.53%(1 764/3 235),可接受婚前性行为、一夜情、多个性伴、同性恋/同性性行为的比例分别39.85%(1 289/3 235)、9.06%(293/3 235)、11.72%(379/3 235)、33.01%(1 068/3 235),性行为发生率为7.39%(239/3 235)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,接受婚前性行为(O R=5.46,95%CI:3.59~8.31)、一夜情(O R=3.29,95%CI:2.02~4.92)、多性伴(O R=2.75,95%CI:1.75~4.31)是中职学生发生性行为的危险因素,而低年级是发生性行为的保护因素(O R=0.55,95%CI:0.39~0.79)。结论 济南中职学生艾滋病知识知晓率、性行为发生率偏低,仍需进一步加强中职学生艾滋病和性健康宣传和教育。
Objective To understand the status of AIDS-related knowledge, sexual concept and sexual behavior among secondary vocational students in Jinan city. Methods In July 2020,self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 3 235 students from 4 secondary vocational schools in Jinan city by stratified cluster sampling methods to collect information on demography, AIDS knowledge, sexual concept and behaviors. Results The overall awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among secondary vocational schools was 54.53%(1 764/3 235),the proportion of accepting premarital sexual behavior, one night stand, multiple sexual partners and homosexual/homosexual sexual behavior was respectively 39.85%(1 289/3 235),9.06%(293/3 235),11.72%(379/3 235),33.01%(1 068/3 235),and the incidence of sexual behavior was 7.39%(239/3 235).Multi-variate analysis showed the risk factors influencing sexual behavior were acceptance of premarital sex(OR=5.46,95%CI:3.59-8.31),one night stand(OR=3.29,95%CI:2.02-4.92) and multiple sexual partners(OR=2.75,95%CI:1.75-4.31).Low grade was a protective factor for sexual behavior(OR=0.55,95%CI:0.39-0.79). Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge and the incidence of sexual behavior among secondary vocational school students in Jinan city are relatively low.It is still necessary to strengthen the publicity and education of HIV/AIDS and sexual health among secondary vocational school students.
