摘要
内胀式吊桩器是海上桩基吊桩施工中用到的关键装备,影响施工的安全、质量和成本,其中硬质凸起块是其核心结构。为研究该结构对吊桩性能的影响,文章主要分析硬质凸起块在吊桩过程中与钢桩的作用机理。在此基础上,基于正交试验法,以硬质凸起块对钢桩的锁合比及需要的胀紧力为性能指标,研究硬质凸起块的尖齿张角、尖齿圆直径和钢桩屈服强度对吊桩性能的影响。结果表明:尖齿张角增大会提高锁合比,尖齿圆直径和钢桩屈服强度增大均会减小锁合比;尖齿张角、尖齿圆直径和钢桩屈服强度增大都会增加所需的胀紧力;尖齿张角对锁合比和所需的胀紧力影响最大,其次是尖齿圆直径,而钢桩屈服强度的影响最小。
Internal lifting tool is the key equipment for offshore pile foundation construction,which affects the safety,quality and cost of construction,among which the hard bulge is its core structure.In order to study the influence of the structure on the performance of the lifting pile,the mechanism of the hard bulge in the process of lifting pile with steel pile is analyzed.Based on the orthogonal test method,taking the locking rate and the required pressure of the hard bulge as the performance index,the influence of the sharp tooth angle,the diameter of sharp tooth circle and the yield strength of steel pile on the performance of lifting pile is studied.The results show that the increase in sharp tooth angle would improve the locking ratio,while the increase in diameter of sharp tooth circle and yielding strength of steel pile would decrease the locking ratio.The increase in sharp tooth angle,the diameter of sharp tooth circle and the yield strength of steel pile would increase the pressure force required.The tooth opening angle has the greatest influence on the locking ratio and the required tightening force,followed by the tooth circle diameter,and the steel pile yield strength has the least influence.
