摘要
为开发出具有自主品牌的海上风力发电机安装设备——基础钢桩的双边吊具,首先,进行双边吊具的结构设计并阐述其工作原理;其次,设计液压缸与斜夹块组成的夹紧机构,分析其受力关系,确定夹紧块受到的正压力与摩擦因数;第三,针对吊具的小端吊臂采用有限元法进行强度分析与校核;最后,研制了模型样机并进行吊管试验,验证了方案设计的合理性与可靠性,为工程样机的设计打下理论与实践基础。
The aim of it is going to develop wind power installing equipment with self-determination product,that is two-sides suspension tool of steel tube stake.At first,the mechanism of it was designed and its principle was also expounded.Next,the clamping mechanism composed of hydraulic cylinder and inclined clamping blocks was designed and its force relation was analyzed,so the positive pressure of clamping blocks and friction coefficients were calculated.Then,using the method of the finite elements to analyze and check the strength of the small suspension arm.In the end,its model machine was made and the experiment of suspending steel tube was done,and verified its rationality and reliability on the scheme,which founded the base of theory and practice for the engineering machine.
