摘要
肿瘤电场治疗(TTFields)是胶质母细胞瘤的重要治疗手段之一,能够延长患者生存期,且其安全性与耐受性优于传统放化疗。电场贴片引起的头皮不良反应是TTFields最常见的不良反应。规范化的TTFields头皮护理对降低患者不良反应发生率、优化患者就医体验、提高患者治疗依从性具有重要意义。因此,中国抗癌协会脑胶质瘤专业委员会组织国内相关领域专家共同撰写本共识,以期为提高胶质母细胞瘤患者TTFields的护理质量提供指导。
Tumor-treating fields(TTFields)were one of the important treatment methods for glioblastoma,which could prolong the survival of patients,and offer favourable safety and tolerability compared with traditional radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Scalp adverse reactions caused by field patches were the most common adverse reactions of TTFields.Standardized TTFields scalp nursing was of great significance to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,optimize the patient's medical experience,and improve the patient's treatment compliance.Therefore,the Brain Glioma Committee of China Anti-Cancer Association organized Chinese experts to jointly write this consensus,with the aim of providing guidance for improving the quality of nursing of TTFields in patients with glioblastoma.
