成人弥漫性胶质瘤影像遗传学与人工智能研究进展

摘要 成人弥漫性胶质瘤是最常见的原发性中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤,其诊断与预后同肿瘤的组织学与遗传学特征密切相关。2021年第5版中枢神经系统肿瘤分类指南将遗传学特征纳入为胶质瘤的诊断标准。在术前通过磁共振成像无创预测胶质瘤的遗传学信息对患者的早期诊断、手术规划与预后评估具有重要意义。该文将结合新版胶质瘤分类指南、影像组学与深度学习等信息技术,阐述成人弥漫性胶质瘤的影像遗传学新进展,并进一步探讨胶质瘤影像遗传学在未来智能医学体系中的应用方向与潜在挑战。 Adult diffuse glioma is the most common primary malignant tumor of the central nervous system,whose diagnosis and prognosis are closely related to the histological and genetic features of the tumor.The 2021 fifth edition of the World Health Organization Classification of Central Nervous System Tumors incorporates genetic characteristics as diagnostic criteria for gliomas.Noninvasively predicting the genetic information of gliomas through preoperative magnetic resonance imaging is important for early diagnosis,surgical planning,and prognostic evaluation.This review integrates the updated glioma classification guidelines,radiomics,deep learning,and other information technologies to elucidate the latest advances in imaging genetics of adult diffuse gliomas,while also explores the potential applications and challenges of glioma imaging genetics in future intelligent medical systems.
