Creping Pressure Criterion of Strongly Weathered Granite

摘要 注浆是防控塌方、涌水涌砂等地质灾害的有效手段,然而受被注岩土体自身特性、浆液性质及注浆控制方式等因素的影响,致使注浆设计中注浆压力、注浆速率、浆液配比等关键数据难以合理选取。借助室内注浆模拟试验,结合理论分析等方法研究了岩土体颗粒粒径、相对密实度、黏性土含量、浆液水灰比对岩土体起劈压力的影响规律,建立了考虑强风化花岗岩颗粒粒径、相对密实度、黏性土含量、浆液水灰比等多个因素影响下的起劈压力判据。 Grouting is an effective means to prevent and control landslide, gushing water and gushing sand under engineering disturbance. However, due to the characteristics of the rock mass, the nature of the slurry and the control method of grouting. As a result, key data such as grouting pressure, grouting rate, and slurry ratio in the grouting design are difficult to select reasonably. Based on indoor grouting simulation test and theoretical analysis, the influence of particle size, relative density, cohesive soil content and slurry water-cement ratio on the creping pressure of rock and soil was studied, and the consideration of strongly weathered granite particles was established. The creping pressure criterion under the influence of multiple factors such as diameter, relative density, clay soil content and slurry water-cement ratio.
