摘要
目的探讨温针灸与髋周推拿联合治疗对阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎患者的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月北京四季青医院中医骨科收治的80例阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用就诊先后顺序分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者采用单纯温针灸治疗,观察组患者采用温针灸与髋周推拿的联合治疗方法。比较两组患者的治疗效果、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的WOMAC评分、VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后的WOMAC评分、VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸联合髋周推拿治疗可有效松解膝骨关节炎患者软组织痉挛,进一步缓解患者的膝关节疼痛及僵硬,并改善功能障碍,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of the combined treatment of warm acupuncture and massage on the hips on the curative effect of knee osteoarthritis of yang deficiency and cold congealing type.Methods A total of 80 patients with yang deficiency and cold coagulation knee osteoarthritis treated in the Department of Chinese Medicine Orthopedics,Beijing Sijiqing Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by the sequential grouping method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with warm acupuncture alone,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with perihip massage.Treatment outcomes,Western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in WOMAC score and VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The WOMAC score and VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with massage around the hip can effectively relieve the soft tissue spasm in patients with knee osteoarthritis,further relieve the pain and stiffness of the knee joint,improve the dysfunction,and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
