摘要
目的:探究西药、温针灸肌筋膜疼痛触发点(MTrPs)联合肌内效贴治疗早中期膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床效果。方法:纳入2023年1月—2024年12月于杭州市萧山区中医院诊治的60例早中期KOA患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和MTrPs组(30例)。在西药治疗基础上,对照组予以温针灸常规穴位联合肌内效贴治疗,MTrPs组予以温针灸MTrPs联合肌内效贴治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:MTrPs组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2周后、随访3个月时,MTrPs组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组(P<0.001);治疗2周后、随访3个月时,MTrPs组主动关节活动度、被动关节活动度、Lysholm膝关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:温针灸MTrPs联合肌内效贴疗法在早中期KOA的临床治疗中具有一定价值,能够减轻疼痛程度,提高膝关节活动度并改善其功能。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of western medicine,warm acupuncture at myofascial pain trigger points(MTrPs)combined with kinesiology patches in the treatment of early and mid-stage knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of sixty patients with early and mid-stage KOA who were diagnosed and treated in Hangzhou Xiaoshan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to December 2024 were included and divided into the control group(30 cases)and the MTrPs group(30 cases)by random number table method.On the basis of western medicine treatment,the control group was treated with warm acupuncture at conventional acupoints combined with kinesiology patches,while the MTrPs group was treated with warm acupuncture at MTrPs combined with kinesiology patches.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the MTrPs group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment and 3 months of follow-up,the visual analogue scale score of the MTrPs group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).After 2 weeks of treatment and 3 months of follow-up,the active joint range of motion,passive joint range of motion,and Lysholm knee joint function score in the MTrPs group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture MTrPs combined with kinesiology patches therapy has certain value in the clinical treatment of early and mid-stage KOA,which can reduce the degree of pain and improve the range of motion and function of the knee joint.
