摘要
加工工艺方案的优选实质上是一种多目标决策的问题,现阶段普遍采用的决策方案存在主观程度高、权重分配不科学、决策结果不稳定等缺陷。在此背景下,提出一种基于3种权重组合赋权TOPSIS模型。建立磨削加工工艺IPO模型和磨削工艺绿色度评价体系;通过改进CRITIC法、专家打分法以及熵值G2法得到3种权重,再由改进CRITIC法对3种权重进行组合赋权,结合TOPSIS法求解。以主轴磨削实验进行案例分析,确定了最佳工艺参数,实现资源和效率的协调优化,节约能源,提高质量。
The essence of the optimization of processing scheme is a matter of multi-objective decision-making,and the decision-making schemes commonly used at present,however,have defects such as high degree of subjectivity,unscientific weight distribution,and unstable decision-making results etc.A TOPSIS model based on three weight combinations is proposed.IPO Model of grinding process and its green degree evaluation system are established.The improved CRITIC method,expert scoring method and entropy G2 method are applied to get three kinds of weights,which are combined by improved CRITIC method and solved by TOPSIS method.A case study of spindle grinding experiment is carried out to determine the optimal process parameters and realize the coordinated optimization of resources.
