摘要
文章将熵值法和G2法本质融合提出了一种新的赋权方法,并将其应用于区域"五化"同步发展综合评价。主要特色与创新:一是利用指标熵值大小确定出各指标与最不重要指标间重要性程度的比值,构造出一种新的基于熵值修正G2的权重计算方法;二是新赋权方法不仅避免了组合系数无法科学分配的难题,而且克服了单一赋权法不能同时反映决策者意图和数据信息的弊端;三是采用新提出的赋权方法对区域"五化"协同发展现状进行了综合评价。
This paper essentially merges entropy method and G2 method to propose a new weighting method, and applies it to the comprehensive evaluation of regional simultaneous development. The main innovation points and characteristics are as follows: First, the index entropy value is used to determine the ratio of the importance degree between each index and the least important index, and to present a new weight calculation method based on entropy correction G2;Second, the new weighting method not only avoids the problem that the combination coefficient cannot be scientifically assigned, but also overcomes the disadvantage that the single weighting method cannot reflect the intention and data information of the decision makers at the same time;Finally, the paper employs the newly proposed weighting method to make a comprehensive evaluation on the status quo of regional coordinated development.
