摘要
目的:探讨分析养血祛风止痒汤联合卤米松软膏治疗肛周湿疹的疗效。方法:将山东省巨野县人民医院2018年9月-2020年9月接收的112例肛周湿疹患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(给予给予卤米松乳膏治疗)与治疗组(给予养血祛风止痒汤联合卤米松乳膏治疗),各56例,观察两组的临床症状积分、炎症反应及生活质量变化,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组的临床症状积分下降幅度均高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗组的白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-2及IL-4水平改善幅度均高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗组的皮肤病生活质量指数量表评分降低幅度显著高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗组的有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对肛周湿疹患者给予养血祛风止痒汤联合卤米松软膏治疗,能够迅速缓解临床症状,减轻机体炎症反应,从而提高临床疗效,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective:To analyze efficacy of the Yangxue Qufeng Zhiyang decoction(养血祛风止痒汤)plus halometasone ointment on perianal eczema.Methods:From September 2018 to September 2020,a total of 112 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given halometasone ointment,and the treatment group was given the Yangxue Qufeng Zhiyang decoction more.Results:The clinical symptom score,interleukin 2,interleukin 4 level,dermatology life quality index scale score and efficiency in the treatment group were better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Yangxue Qufeng Zhiyang decoction plus halometasone ointment on perianal eczema can quickly relieve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation,improve clinical efficacy,and improve quality of life.
