摘要
肛周湿疹是肛肠科常见病,常作为各种直肠疾病、肛周过敏或病原体诱导的疾病的首发或继发症状,各年龄层均可发病,临床以剧烈瘙痒、分泌物渗出、多形性皮疹、易复发为主要特点。西医治疗主要依赖抗组胺药物和糖皮质激素,但易复发且不良反应明显。中医治疗强调整体观念,注重辨证施治,安全性高,无明显不良反应,疗效显著,具有明显的治疗优势。本文梳理了中医治疗肛周湿疹的最新研究进展,旨在为临床医师提供基于循证医学证据的中医药治疗方案,以期帮助患者获得更加安全有效的治疗。
Perianal eczema is a common disease in anorectal department,often presenting as the first or secondary symptom of various rectal diseases,perianal allergy or pathogen-induced diseases,and can develop in all ages groups.It is clinically characterized by intense pruritus,exudation of secretions,polymorphic rashes,and easy recurrence as the main features.Western medical treatment mainly relies on antihistamines and glucocorticosteroids,but it is easy to relapse and has obvious side effects.Chinese medicine treatment emphasizes the overall concept,focusing on evidence-based treatment,with high safety and no obvious side effects,which has significant therapeutic effects and obvious therapeutic advantages.This article summarizes the latest research progress of Chinese medicine in the treatment of perianal eczema,aiming to provide clinicians with TCM treatment regimens based on evidence-based medicine,in order to help patients obtain safer and more effective treatment.
