摘要
专利组合是公司的重要资产。对专利组合进行价值评估,能够有效识别出专利组合的内在价值,分析专利组合带来的效益。本文将公司的专利作为一个组合,分析影响专利组合价值的各项内外部因素,将这些影响因素作为专利组合价值评估的重要基础,进而建立涉及多项指标的价值评估体系,运用模糊层次分析法和B-S模型对该项专利组合进行价值评估,并对具体公司的专利组合数据进行了案例分析。研究表明这种方法在一定程度上可以帮助企业确定自身专利组合的价值,具有一定的可操作性和借鉴性。
As an important asset of the company,the value evaluation of patent portfolio can effectively identify the internal value of patent portfolio and analyze the benefits that patent portfolio can bring.Taking the company’s patent as a combination,this paper analyzes various internal and external factors affecting the value of the patent portfolio,takes these influencing factors as an important basis for the value evaluation of the patent portfolio,then establishes a value evaluation system involving multiple indicators,evaluates the value of the patent portfolio by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and B-S model,and makes a case analysis of the patent portfolio data of a specific company.The research shows that this method can help enterprises determine the value of their own patent portfolio to a certain extent,and has certain operability and reference.
