摘要
目的探究全身皮肤瘙痒患者接受柴胡桂枝干姜汤合当归芍药散治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月-2020年12月江苏省连云港市赣榆区中医院皮肤科收治的60例全身皮肤瘙痒患者为研究对象,按数字法实施分组,30例采取润燥止痒胶囊治疗患者为对照组,30例采取柴胡桂枝干姜汤合当归芍药散治疗患者为观察组,对比两组患者症状积分、疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗后瘙痒频率(1.02±0.27)分、皮损面积(1.26±0.43)分、持续时间(0.78±0.19)分、瘙痒程度(0.86±0.25)分,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率96.67%显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率仅为6.67%,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.954,P<0.05)。结论全身皮肤瘙痒患者接受柴胡桂枝干姜合当归芍药散治疗,对患者瘙痒程度、持续时间等症状具有良好的改善作用,临床疗效也较为显著,大幅减少了患者的不良反应,相比于润燥止痒胶囊,更具安全性。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined with Angelica Shaoyao Powder in patients with systemic pruritus.Methods From January 2018 to December 2020,60 patients with generalized skin pruritus admitted to Ganyu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine dermatology department were selected as the research objects.Grouped according to the number method,30 patients treated with Run⁃zao Zhiyang Capsules as the control group,and 30 patients treated with Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction and Dang⁃gui Shaoyao Powder as the observation group.The changes in symptom scores,curative effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the frequency of itching(1.02±0.27)points,the area of skin lesions(1.26±0.43)points,the duration(0.78±0.19)points and the degree of itching(0.86±0.25)points in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was only 6.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.954,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with generalized skin pruritus receiving Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined with Angelica Shaoyao Powder can ef⁃fectively improve the symptoms such as the degree and duration of itching.The clinical efficacy is also relatively sig⁃nificant,which greatly reduces the adverse reactions of patients.Compared with Runzao Zhiyang Capsules,it is safer.
