摘要
目的探讨该地区女性泌尿生殖系统沙眼衣原体(CT)、解脲支原体(UU)及淋球菌(NG)的感染情况及影响因素。方法采用实时荧光PCR(FQ-PCR)法对2018年6月-2021年5月在罗定市人民医院诊治的2619例疑似泌尿生殖道感染的女性群体分别或同时进行生殖道分泌物CT-DNA、UU-DNA、NG-DNA检测,统计分析检测结果。结果2619例就诊女性性病感染率为31.4%,感染者年龄最小12岁,最大76岁。单一病原体感染中,UU感染率最高为41.7%,CT为10.2%,NG为4.8%。合并感染中以CT混合UU感染为主。感染人群中,CT和UU感染率以≤20岁年轻人最高分别为23.4%和47.5%;NG感染患者以大于50岁组为主,感染率为11.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。季节性感染,以冬春季最高,感染率分别为21.6%和20.1%。CT感染在4个季节差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但UU感染率以冬季最高56.4%;NG以秋季最高8.2%,UU、NG感染在4个季节间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=71.849、17.956,P<0.05)。结论该地区CT、UU和NG的感染情况不容忽视,检出率具有明显的地区、年龄和季节差异。
Objective To investigate the infection status and influencing factors of Chlamydia trachomatis(CT),Urea⁃plasma urealyticum(UU)and Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG)in female genitourinary system in this area.Methods Using real-time fluorescent PCR(FQ-PCR)method,2619 female groups with suspected urogenital tract infection who were diagnosed and treated in Luoding People's Hospital,Luoding from June 2018 to May 2021,respectively or si⁃multaneously,underwent CT-DNA,UU-DNA,NG-DNA detection of genital secretions.Statistical analysis of test re⁃sults.Results The STD infection rate of 2619 female patients was 31.4%.The youngest was 12 years old and the old⁃est was 76 years old.In single pathogen infection,UU infection rate was the highest at 41.7%,CT was 10.2%,and NG was 4.8%.In the co-infection,CT mixed UU infection was the main one.Among the infected population,the in⁃fection rates of CT and UU were 23.4%and 47.5%,respectively,in young people≤20 years old.The patients with NG infection were mainly in the group over 50 years old,and the infection rate was 11.7%.The differences were sta⁃tistically significant(P<0.05).Seasonal infections were highest in winter and spring,with infection rates of 21.6%and 20.1%,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference in CT infection among the four seasons(P>0.05).However,the infection rate of UU was the highest in winter at 56.4%.NG was up to 8.2%in autumn,and UU and NG infection had significant differences among the four seasons,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=71.849,17.956,P<0.05).Conclusion The infection status of CT,UU and NG in this area cannot be ignored,and the detection rate has obvious regional,age and seasonal differences.
