摘要 选取合肥市、都匀市、雷山县3个地区的绿茶作为研究对象,通过分析绿茶中12种酚酸类化合物的含量差异探讨与产地的关联性。结果表明,12种酚酸类化合物在0.02~10.00μg/mL的质量浓度范围内(r>0.991),重复性和稳定性均小于10%;3个地区绿茶中12种酚酸物质的含量存在差异,Bayes分析判别率为56.7%。研究表明茶叶中的酚酸含量差异能对绿茶的产地进行判别,为茶叶的化学分类提供一定的参考。 This research chose green tea from Zunyi,Duyun and Leishan was selected as the research object to study the content differences of 12 phenolic acids and the correlation with producing area in green tea.The results showed that 12 phenolic acids had a good linear trend in the range of 0.02>10.00μg/mL(r>0.991)and the repeatability and stability are less than 10%.There were differences in the contents of 12 phenolic acids in green tea in three regions,and the discrimination rate of Bayes analysis was 56.7%.The research shows that the difference of phenolic acid content in tea can distinguish the origin of green tea,and provide a certain reference for the chemical classification of tea.
