摘要
用MS/MS作为HPLC的检测器,采用多反应监测(MRM)扫描方式,建立了HPLC—MS/MS测定藜蒿中绿原酸含量的方法。该方法的线性范围为2.0—250μg/L。检出限为0.5μg/L。通过样品的不同加标试验,回收率为96%~98%,精密度RSD(n=5)为1.3%~2.2%。实际样品分析表明,藜蒿茎中绿原酸的含量为11.8mg/g。本方法选择性高、灵敏、快速,也适用于其它复杂体系中绿原酸含量的快速测定。
A method was developed for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Artemisia Selergensis Turcz extracts by HPLC - MS/MS, using tandem mass spectrometer as a detector. Under the optimized conditions, a good linear range was obtained from 2.0 to 250 μg/L, and the detection limit was 0.5 μg/L. The recoveries of the analyte at the spiking concentrations of 4.0, 20.0, and 100 μg/L were 96% , 96% , and 98% , respectively, with relative standard deviations of 2.2% , 1.8% , and 1.3% ( n = 5 ). Analysis of real samples showed that the content of chlorogenic acid in Artemisia Selergensis Turcz was 11.8 mg/g. The proposed method is also suitable for rapid determination of chlorogenic acid in complex matrices.
