摘要
本文介绍了社会隔离的概念,综述了社区老年人社会隔离现状及其影响因素等内容,以期为提高社区医护人员对社会隔离的认知,制定针对性干预方案,提高老年人生活质量,实现健康老龄化提供依据。
This paper introduces the concept of social isolation,reviews the current situation of social isolation of the elderly in the community and its influencing factors,in order to provide basis for improving the cognition of community medical staff on social isolation,formulating targeted intervention programs,improving the quality of life of the elderly,and realizing healthy aging.
