摘要
铅在生活的环境中分布广泛,空气、土壤、水源中都有一定含量的铅,环境中的铅会通过不同的渠道污染食物。铅可通过消化道被人体吸收,长期在体内蓄积,对人们的身体健康有严重危害。基于此,本文主要分析总结了食品中铅含量的检测方法,以期为相关研究提供参考。
Lead is widely distributed in the living environment.There are certain contents of lead in the air,soil and water sources.Lead in the environment will pollute the food through different channels.It is absorbed by the human body through the digestive tract and accumulates in the body for a long time,which is seriously harmful to people’s health.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes and summarizes the detection method of lead content in food,in order to provide a reference for related research.
