不同发酵剂处理的中药渣营养价值分析与评定 被引量:7

Analysis and evaluation of nutritional value of Chinese medicine residue with different fermentation treatment

摘要 试验旨在探讨不同发酵剂处理对中药渣营养价值的影响。选取补益类、抗感冒清热解毒类、活血化瘀类及消化类四大类14种常见中成药组方药渣进行不同生物发酵剂处理,测定发酵后中成药药渣pH值变化及其常规营养成分(干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分等)含量的变化。结果显示:复合发酵剂发酵处理后药渣中的粗蛋白质含量略有升高,中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量降低,粗脂肪含量变化不明显,营养价值得到一定的优化提升。研究表明,经复合发酵剂处理后的中药渣可作为畜禽饲料应用于动物养殖生产中。 The study was to investigate the effect of different starter treatments on nutritional value of Chinese medicine residues. In the experiment, 14 kinds of common Chinese patent medicine composition residues of four categories including tonic, anti-cold, heat-clearing and detoxification, invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and digestion were selected to be treated with biological starter, to determine the changes of pH value and content of conventional nutrients(dry matter, crude protein, crude fat and ash, etc) of Chinese patent medicine residues after fermentation. The results showed that the crude protein content of the residue was slightly increased, the neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber contents were decreased, and the crude fat content did not change significantly, and the nutritional value of the residue was optimized to a certain extent. The experiment indicates that Chinese medicine residue treated by compound starter can be used as animal feed.
