摘要
在提倡低碳环保、节能减排的现代社会,我们在开发利用中药资源的同时,合理处理和利用中药药渣将会产生良好的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。中药药渣含有一定量的活性成分和大量的粗纤维、淀粉、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、氨基酸等,且资源丰富,从目前利用中药药渣的情况来看,主要有以下几条途径:再提取其他有效成分、用作饲料或饲料添加剂、生产有机肥料、处理废水、用于栽培食用菌、用于发酵生产食醋、蛋白饲料等。深入研究中药药渣的用途,将使药渣得到深层次地利用,并形成现代、环保、规模的产业结构。
In our modem society where low-carbon life, pro-environment and energy-conserving drive as well as emission-reduction are encouraged, dealing with or making use of the dregs of herbal medicine properly can produce good social benefit, social benefit and en- vironmental benefit in the course of taping and utilizing the herbal medicine resources. The dregs of herbal medicine contain certain ac- tive ingredients and other elements, such as crude fiber, starch, crude fat, crude protein, amino acids, etc., and the resources of it are plentiful. There exist the following means to making use of the dregs of herbal medicine： re-extraction of other effective ingredients, re-use of the dregs as fodder or fodder additive, production of organic fertilizer, treatment ofwastewater, the cultivation of edible fun- gi, and fermentation for the production of protein as well as vinegar, etc. Making an in-depth investigation into the applications of her- bal medicine dregs can make the dregs be utilized further, thus forming a modern, pro-enviromental industrial structure with a certain scale.
