摘要
对压力式烘干机的结构、原理、节能、节省劳动力以及便于自动化的特点进行了介绍。着重对压力式烘干机的烘干工艺和能耗水平进行研究,并对全涤纶、全棉以及全羊毛筒子纱进行了烘干试验,通过试验可以发现,压力式烘干机对筒子纱的烘干效果优异,相对于其他两种传统的烘干方式,压力式烘干机在能耗方面具有较大的优势。
The structure,principle,energy saving,labor saving and convenient automation of the pressure dryer were introduced.The drying process and the energy consumption level of the pressure dryer were stud⁃ied emphatically,and the drying experiments of polyester,cotton and wool bobbin yarns were carried out.Through the experiment it can be found that the performance of drying effect of the pressure dryer is excel⁃lent,compared with the other two traditional drying methods,the pressure dryer has a relatively great advan⁃tages in energy consumption.
