摘要
阐述了微波技术在纺织品2D树脂整理、无甲醛整理和多功能整理中的应用。微波辐射加热与传统焙烘工艺相比,能够明显提高免烫整理织物的折皱回复角,降低纺织品的强力损失和甲醛含量。
Applications of microwave technology to 2D resin finish, formaldehyde-free finish with polycarboxylic acid and multifunctional finish of textiles are introduced. Compared with the traditional drying and curing process, microwave radiation heating can significantly increases the cease recovery angle of the finished fabric, and reduce the strength loss and formaldehyde residue.
