摘要
芜湖市某城镇污水处理厂三期工程设计处理规模为11.5万m^(3)/d,是目前国内投入运行的最大处理规模和最低吨水运行能耗的MBR平板膜工艺污水处理厂。文中介绍了新型MBR柔性超滤平板膜分离技术结合传统AAO生物脱氮除磷工艺在该城镇污水处理厂三期工程中的应用情况,并重点分析了其对水质指标的去除效果和吨水能耗数据。从2020年12月投运以来,数据表明采用“AAO+MBR柔性超滤平板膜”组合工艺处理效果明显、安全可靠,瞬时膜通量不超过25 L/(m^(2)·h)条件下,跨膜压差稳定在12 kPa以下,且能够保证出水水质指标稳定优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A排放标准,平均出水COD_(Cr)、氨氮、TN、TP质量浓度分别为11.71、0.23、9.56、0.31 mg/L,平均去除率分别为94.6%、98.5%、58.4%、86.1%,出水浑浊度也稳定在0.10 NTU以下,满负荷运行时全厂吨水能耗低至0.32 kW·h。
An urban wastewater treatment plant phaseⅢproject in Wuhu City has a design treatment capacity of 115,000 t/d,which is the MBR flat membrane process wastewater treatment plant with the largest treatment scale and the lowest energy consumption currently in China.This paper introduces the application of new MBR flexible ultrafiltration flat membrane separation technology combined with traditional AAO biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal process in urban wastewater treatment plant,and mainly analyzes the removal effect of water quality index and the energy consumption data of ton water.Since its commissioning in December 2020,the data show that the treatment efficiency of the combined process of"AAO and MBR flexible ultrafiltration flat membrane"is obvious,safe and reliable,transmembrane pressure is stable below 12 kPa when instantaneous membrane flux below 25 L/(m^(2)·h),and effluent quality index is better than the class A standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002),and the average effluent concentrations of COD_(Cr),ammonia nitrogen,TN,TP are 11.71,0.23,9.56,0.31 mg/L,the average removal rates are 94.6%,98.5%,58.4%,86.1%,respectively,and effluent turbidity is also stable below 0.10 NTU,and energy consumption per ton of water in the plant is as low as 0.32 kW·h when operating at full load.
