三层平板膜工艺在高标准再生水厂节地设计中的应用

摘要 鉴于某市再生水厂工程设计项目要求的水处理能力为2.0×10^(4) m^(3)/d,进水为生活污水,出水水质的COD_(Cr)、BOD_(5)、TP、NH_(3)—N浓度稳定达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)中Ⅳ类标准,其余指标达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中一级A标准;设计时为满足占地、环境和水质要求,采用“集约式上园下厂”设计思路、“预处理+AAOA-MBR+紫外消毒”的污水处理工艺(其中MBR为三层平板膜形式),使装填密度达到了315 m^(2)/m^(2),膜池占地面积较常规双层布局节省了约33%,同时提高了平板膜的抗污染能力。为解决MBR采用三层平板膜形式时的产水不均匀问题,采用了“同程分区”的优化措施。通过设置3套回流系统,实现了出水水质的稳定达标。 The design scale of a reclaimed water plant project in a certain city is 2.0×10^(4)m^(3)/d.The inflow is domestic sewage.The effluent quality meets the Class IV standard of the Surface Water Environmental Quality Standar(GB 3838-2002)for COD_(Cr),BOD_(5),TP and NH_(3)—N,and the rest of the indicators meet the Class A standard of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).To meet the requirements of land occupation,environment and water quality,the project adopts the design concept of“intensive upper park and lower factory”.The wastewater treatment process adopts the“pre-treatment+AAOA-MBR+ultraviolet disinfection”process.The MBR adopts a three-layer flat membrane design,with a filling density of up to 315 m^(2)/m^(2),which saves about 33%of the membrane tank area compared with the conventional double-layer layout.It has the advantages of small land occupation and strong anti-pollution ability.The problem of uneven water production can be optimized through“same-path zoning”,and three sets of reflux systems are set up to ensure stable effluent quality.
