摘要
血流导向装置治疗颅内动脉瘤已在临床广泛应用。脑高灌注综合征是血流导向装置治疗颅内动脉瘤术后较为少见的并发症之一。作者报道1例血流导向装置治疗颅内动脉瘤术后发生脑高灌注综合征的病例,结合文献分析了出现该手术后并发症的原因及危险因素,提出了处理该类并发症的方法,以供临床医师参考。
Flow diverter has been widely used in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms.Cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome is one of the rare complications after flow diverter treatment of intracranial aneurysms.This paper reports a case of cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome after flow diverter treatment of intracranial aneurysms.Combined with the literature review,the authors analyzed the causes and risk factors of this postoperative complication and put forward suggestions on the methods of dealing with this complication for clinicians.
