摘要
大型仪器设备是学校教学、科研和社会服务的重要基础条件,目前针对大型仪器设备规划购置、经费统筹管理方面的研究较少。论文探讨了高校大型仪器设备购置经费管理现状,介绍所在学校大型仪器设备购置经费统筹管理进行相关探索与实践。实践证明,新机制下的大型仪器设备购置经费统筹管理,不仅可以优化高校的资源配置,还可以有效提高设备购置能力,集中购置可以引领学科发展、提升学校科研核心竞争力的大型仪器设备,从而更好地为教学、科研服务。
The large-scale instrument and equipment is an important basic condition for teaching, scientific research and social service in universities. However, there are only a few researches on the acquisition plan, or overall management of funds. In this paper, the current situation of large-scale instruments and equipment funds management in universities is discussed, and the related exploration and practice are introduced. It has been proved in practice that the overall management of funds for the purchase of large-scale instruments and equipment under the new mechanism, can not only optimize the allocation of resources in universities, it can also effectively improve the purchasing ability of equipment, purchase large-scale instruments and equipment that lead to discipline development and enhance the core competitiveness of scientific research in universities, so as to better serve teaching and scientific research.
