摘要
传统的高校校外实践教学模式在人才培养过程中存在各种问题,如合作建设的校外实践教学基地不稳定、师资队伍建设不受重视、教学质量难以保障。这些问题已逐渐影响到人才培养的质量。为了改善传统校企合作校外实践育人机制,在新工科建设背景下,开展了构建“校、企、政、协”校外实践育人机制的探索,并通过广东工业大学材料与能源学院与东莞横沥镇合作共建实践育人基地进行了实践。结果表明,这个机制可以较好地解决传统校外实践育人机制中存在的问题,提高了人才培养质量,为高校在新工科人才培养下探索校外实践育人机制提供新思路。
The traditional mode of practice teaching outside school, during the process of talent cultivation, has lots problems such as the instability of practical teaching base outside school, insecurity of construction of teaching staff, uncertainty of teaching quality. In a certain degree, these problems influence the quality of talent cultivation. Under the background of the new engineering education, the mechanism of cooperative education of school-enterprise-government-trade association for practice teaching outside school is proposed. And the empirical study is made through the practice teaching base which is cooperative built by school of materials and energy of GDUT(Guangdong University of Technology) and Hengli Town of Dongguan. The practice shows the new mechanism can solve the problems of traditional mode of practice teaching outside school, improve the quality of talent cultivation, and provide a novel attacking approach for education mechanism of practice teaching outside school under the background of the new engineering education for universities.
