摘要
文章通过搭建大学生创新实践条件平台、构建创新实践教育内容体系、建立科学管理模式和有效运行机制、组建专兼职结合高水平创新实验指导和管理团队等方面的改革与创新,建立起一个在人才培养整体框架内、课内外结合、适合创新型人才培养可持续发展的教育模式,可为拓展实验室主任工作思路提供了可借鉴的经验。
This paper discussed building the platform for undergraduate innovative experiment, the content system for innovative experimental education, the scientific management model and effective operating mechanism, and constructing part time and full time teacher group to instruct and manage high quality innovative experiments and management. This paper also discussed how to build education model of sustainable development, which is suitable cultivating innovative talents in the whole frame of cultivation talents. This work can provide experience for laboratory directors.
