《急诊医学部新进员工宝典》在儿童急诊科护士规范化培训中的应用及效果

摘要 目的 分析《急诊医学部新进员工宝典》在儿童急诊科护士规范化培训中的应用及效果。方法 选取2019年5月-2020年5月进入儿童急诊科规范化培训的护士共46名,均根据《急诊医学部新进员工宝典》统一对其进行规范化培训,培训3个月后对理论、操作以及整体合作等各个方面进行考核,通过护士考核合格率,分析《急诊医学部新进员工宝典》在规范化培训中的应用效果。结果 培训前护士理论考核与操作考核成绩分别(71.67±7.08)分、(81.28±6.75)分,培训后分别为(87.70±8.42)分、(94.06±5.84)分,培训后显著高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论 《急诊医学部新进员工宝典》在儿童急诊科护士规范化培训中的应用及效果较好,护士理论知识与专业水平均有所提高,值得临床推广。 Objective To analyze application and effect of Book for New Employees in Emergency Medicine Department in standardized training of nurses in children’s emergency department.Methods The paper chose 46 nurses with standardized training in children’s emergency department from May 2019 to May 2020,with uniform training according to book of new employees of emergency medical department.After three months of training,theory,operation and overall cooperation were examined,application effect of book of new employees of emergency medical department in standardized training was analyzed based on qualified rate of nurses.Results Before training,scores of theoretical assessment and operational assessment of nurses were (71.67±7.08) and (81.28±6.75) respectively,after training,those were (87.70±8.42) and (94.06±5.84) respectively,significantly higher than before training (P<0.05).Conclusion Book for new employees in emergency medicine department can achieve good application effect in standardized training of nurses in children’s emergency department.Average theoretical knowledge and expertise of nurses have been improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
