摘要
目的观察分析掺钕钇铝石榴石(Nd:YAG)激光治疗玻璃体混浊的有效性及安全性。方法回顾性病例研究。分析48例(52只眼)2020年3月至2020年10月在我院采用UltraQ Reflex YAG激光治疗玻璃体混浊患者治疗前后混浊物大小、视力、眼压、黄斑区相干光层析成像术(OCT)检查变化,对Nd:YAG激光治疗玻璃体混浊的有效性及安全性进行评价。结果治疗2周后,所有患眼(52只眼)中治愈为48只眼,其中6眼为重复治疗1次后症状完全消失;好转3只眼,无效1只眼;有效率为98%。视力、眼压、黄斑区OCT治疗前后差异无明显统计学意义,且眼压均在正常范围内,未见眼压升高;所有患眼治疗中、治疗后观察随访6个月期间均未出现并发症。结论Nd:YAG激光治疗玻璃体混浊具有良好的有效性及安全性。
Objective To analyze the Safety and effectivity of Nd:YAG laser ablation in patients with vitreous floaters.Methods This retrospective research included 48 patients(52 eyes)who were treated with UltraQ Reflex YAG laser in our hospital from March 2020.to October 2020.The changes of vitreous floaters,visual acuity,IOP and OCT before and after treatment were recorded.The effectiveness and safety of Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of vitreous floaters were evaluated.Results 2 weeks after the treatment,48 eyes were cured and 6 eyes were cured after a repeated treatment.3 eyes were improved and 1 eye was invalid.The total effective rate was 98%.There were no statistically significant differences in visual acuity,IOP and macular area OCT before and after the treatment.The IOP was within the normal range,with no evident increasement.There were no complications in all eyes during and after treatment within 6 months.Conclusions Nd:YAG laser is effective and safe in the treatment of vitreous floaters.
