摘要
模块化建筑是一种新型的建造方式,其工厂化率高达80%,现场只需完成模块吊装及拼接等少量工作即可组装完成模块化建筑。这种建造方式在发达国家已较为流行,而目前模块化建筑在我国尚处于试点阶段。本文将结合在深圳市福田区兴建的模块化幼儿园项目,介绍一种“预制女儿墙+现浇屋面”的新型模块化建筑屋面做法,为今后类似的工程项目提供参考。
Modular building is a new type of construction method,and its factory rate is as high as 80%.Only a small amount of work such as module hoisting and splicing on site can be assembled to complete the modular building.This kind of construction method has become more popular in developed countries,but the current modular building is still in the pilot stage in our country.This paper will combine with the modular kindergarten project built in Futian District,Shenzhen to introduce a new modular building roof method of“prefabricated parapet&cast-in-place roof”,which provides a reference for similar projects in the future.
