摘要
探讨不同地区对空压机进气口空气进行降温预处理的节能效果。测试了某纺织厂2020年离心式空压机能耗随进气温度变化的情况,并建立了相应的回归方程;对进气温度进行降温预处理,分析进气温度预处理后空压机组的节能效果,并建立了相应的回归方程。以广州、无锡、咸阳地区为例,根据2020年室外气象条件,分析了空压机进气温度预处理的地区适用性。指出:进气温度越高,空压机能耗增长速度越快;进气温度降温越大,空压机节能效果越显著,空压机空气预处理节能临界温度为29.9℃。认为:根据室外气候条件,对空压机进气温度实施降温预处理有利于降低空压机的能耗,尤其对于全年气温较高地区,可以发挥较好的节能效果。
Energy saving effects of cooling pretreatment for air compressor intake air in different regions were discussed.Energy consumption of centrifugal air compressor for a textile mill in 2020 along with intake air temperature change situation was tested.Corresponding regression equation was established.Cooling pretreatment was performed on intake air temperature.Energy saving effect after intake air temperature treatment was analyzed.Corresponding regression equation was built.Guangzhou,Wuxi and Xianyang areas were taken as examples,according to the outdoor meteorological condition in 2020,region applicability of intake air temperature pretreatment for air compressor was analyzed.It was pointed out that energy consumption increase speed was faster as higher as intake air temperature.The higher larger air temperature decrease,energy saving effect of air compressor was more obvious.Energy saving critical temperature of air pretreatment for air compressor was 29.9℃.It is considered that implementing cooling pretreatment on intake air temperature of air compressor is beneficial to reducing energy consumption of air compressor according to outdoor climate condition especially for the regions with higher temperature for the whole year.Well energy saving effect can be played.
