钢铁企业压缩空气系统节电潜力及对策研究 被引量:3

摘要 压缩空气是一种重要的能源介质,贯穿在钢铁生产整个流程之中。压缩空气系统耗电约占钢铁企业总电耗的5%~15%,因此,讨论与研究其节能潜力与对策具有非常重要的意义。通过国内外压缩空气使用情况的比较,针对钢铁企业压缩空气系统的节能问题,对钢铁企业的压缩空气系统运行现状与节能技术进行了分析与讨论,提出了压缩空气系统节能的几个重点方向,并对宝钢压缩空气节能现状及对策进行了阐述。 Compressed air is very important and used in steel production throughout the entire processes.Compressed air system costs about 5%~15% of the total electric power consumption of iron and steel enterprises.Therefore,to discuss and research the energy-saving measures is very necessory in this system.By comparing the domestic and international compressed air systems in iron and steel enterprises,in this paper,the steel company's compressed air system operation status and energy-saving technologies are analyzed and discussed,and several key directions of energy saving are pointed out.At last,Baosteel compressed air system energy status and countermeasures are described.
