摘要
为降低带式输送机的能耗,综合料流传感器及电子皮带秤监测331盘区内带式输送机煤流量,并依据构建的煤流量与带式匹配关系调节运行速度,实现智能控制。首先,构建料流传感器、电子皮带秤相结合的煤流量监测方法,提升煤流量监测可靠性。其次,给出智能调速系统整体结构、关键设备及现场布置方案。最后,构建煤流量与带速最佳匹配关系,并采用模糊控制方式实现智能调速。现场应用后,带式输送机智能调速系统会依据煤流量监测结果分阶段调速,不仅满足331盘区煤炭运输需要,而且在节能、降耗方面效果显著。
In order to reduce the energy consumption of the belt conveyor,the integrated material flow sensor and electronic belt scale monitor the coal flow of the belt conveyor in 331 disk areas,and adjust the running speed according to the established matching relationship between the coal flow and the belt to achieve intelligent control.Firstly,a coal flow monitoring method combining material flow sensor and electronic belt scale is constructed to improve the reliability of coal flow monitoring.Secondly,the overall structure,key equipment and site layout of the intelligent speed control system are given.Finally,the optimal matching relationship between coal flow and belt speed is constructed,and the intelligent speed regulation is realized by fuzzy control.After the field application,the belt conveyor intelligent speed regulation system will speed up in stages according to the coal flow monitoring results,which not only meets the needs of coal transportation in 331 areas,but also has remarkable effects in energy saving and consumption reduction.
