摘要
西部新通道班列和中欧班列是“一带一路”倡议下铁路“走出去”重要的物流品牌,促进西部新通道班列及中欧班列协调发展对构建国内国际双循环新发展格局具有重要意义。阐述西部新通道班列及中欧班列的发展现状,分析西部新通道班列和中欧班列差异性和互补性,针对2种班列协作存在的班列间协作机制有待完善、班列与产贸对接不够充分、运输产品竞争力有待加强等问题,提出加强班列运营组织间合作力度、提升衔接班列产品综合竞争力、促进班列与产业深度融合等发展对策。
The block train of the new western land-sea corridor and China-Europe Railway Express are important logistics brands for railways to“go global”under the Belt and Road Initiative. Promoting the coordinated development of the two trains is of great significance to build a new development pattern of domestic and international circulations. This paper expounded on the development status of the two trains and analyzed the differences and complementarity between them. Considering the problems in the coordination of the two trains, including the deficient cooperation mechanism, insufficient connection between trains and production and trade, and inadequate competitiveness of transportation products,development measures were put forward, such as strengthening the cooperation between train operation organizations, enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of connecting train products, and promoting the deep integration of trains and industries.
