摘要
丽水某萤石矿的GaF_(2)含量为35%,属于低品位石英型萤石矿。为有效利用和开发该萤石矿矿产资源,对其开展了工艺矿物学和选矿试验研究,为下一步选厂建设提供参考依据。通过选矿研究确定采用一段磨矿,水玻璃为抑制剂,碳酸钠为调整剂,油酸为捕收剂。闭路试验为一粗一扫六精中矿顺序返回的浮选工艺流程,最终获得GaF_(2)品位99.53%萤石精矿,产品质量达到牌号FC-97一级品要求。
The content of GaF_(2) in a fluorite mine in Lishui is 35%,belonging to low-grade quartz fluorite mine.In order to effectively utilize and develop the fluorite mineral resources,the process mineralogy and beneficiation test research have been carried out to provide a reference for the next concentrator construction.Through beneficiation research,it is determined to adopt onestage grinding,with sodium silicate as inhibitor,sodium carbonate as regulator and oleic acid as collector.The closed-circuit test is a flotation process with one roughing,one scavenging and six fine middlings returning in sequence.Finally,the fluorite concentrate with GaF_(2)grade of 99.53% is obtained,and the product quality meets the requirements of grade I product of brand FC-97.
