摘要
浙江金华某萤石尾矿中萤石质量分数为13%,嵌布粒度细,石英、长石等脉石矿物质量分数高。为高效回收该尾矿萤石资源,采用分级—浮选试验流程,粗粒级(+0.020mm)矿石采用常规浮选工艺,细粒级(-0.020mm)矿石采用疏水聚团浮选工艺,分别获得了CaF2品位为96.65%的制酸级和品位81.10%的冶金级萤石精矿,总回收率达76.80%,实现了资源的综合回收。
The fluorite tailings with 13% of CaF2 in a mine, Jinhua, Zhejiang have a high content of the finely disseminated quartz, feldspar and other gangue minerals. The classification- flotation test process was adopted to efficiently recover fluorite in the tailings. The conventional flotation process was introduced for the ore with coarse fraction (+0.020 mm)and the hydropho- bic agglomeration flotation process for the ore with fine fraction (--0. 020 mm). The fluorite concentrates of 96. 65% CaF2 at acid making grade and 81.10% CaF2 at metallurgical grade were obtained with the overall recovery of 76.80%, realizing the com- prehensive resources recovery.
