摘要
串联谐振逆变电路中谐振频率与谐振电容和谐振电感具有严格的数学关系,根据该电路在高频变压器短路工况下的谐振频率,可以计算出高频变压器短路电感。基于此,提出了一种根据串联谐振逆变电路中的谐振频率计算高频变压器漏抗,并在线监测高频变压器状态的方法。分析了电路的4种工作模态,给出了高频变压器短路条件下串联谐振电路等效电路模型,并推导了高频变压器短路电感计算公式。试验平台的测试结果表明:采用谐振频率法计算出高频变压器短路电感与专用的仪器测试结果较为接近。同时,将谐振电流整形为方波信号并根据方波实时检测谐振频率,可以作为谐振回路器件尤其是高频变压器出现异常变化的一种状态监测方法。
The resonant frequency in the series resonant inverter circuit has a strict mathematical relationship with the resonant capacitor and the resonant inductance.According to the resonant frequency of the circuit under the short-circuit condition of the high-frequency transformer,the short-circuit inductance of the high-frequency transformer can be calculated.A method was proposed for calculating the leakage reactance of the high-frequency transformer based on the resonant frequency in the series resonant inverter circuit as well as for monitoring the state of the high-frequency transformer online.The four working modes of the circuit were analyzed,the equivalent circuit model of the series resonance circuit under the condition of short-circuit of the high-frequency transformer was given,and the calculation formula of the short-circuit inductance of the high-frequency transformer was deduced.The results of the test platform show that the short-circuit inductance of the high-frequency transformer calculated by the resonant frequency method is close to the test results of the special instrument.At the same time,shaping the resonant current into a square wave signal and detecting the resonant frequency in real time based on the square wave can be used as a state monitoring method for abnormal changes in resonant circuit devices,especially high-frequency transformers.
