摘要
脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)是一种常见的神经系统致残性损伤,会引起患者感觉、运动及大小便等功能障碍,严重影响患者生活质量和生命安全,改善脊髓损伤患者的康复疗效很有必要。电针治疗方法(electroacupuncture,EA)是基于中医针灸疗法的一种相对较新的疗法,将电流施加到针上,通过刺激不同穴位进行治疗各种疾病。文章阐述了脊髓损伤电针治疗作用机制,从脊髓损伤功能评定标准与医疗流程研究、电针在脊髓损伤作用的临床实验研究以及临床用电针设备研究3个方面进行了综述,以期对电针治疗脊髓损伤的研究起到参考作用。
Spinal cord injury(SCI)is a common disabling injury of the nervous system,which will cause motor,sensory,urine and feces dysfunction,and even endanger the life safety of patients.It is necessary to improve the rehabilitation efficacy of patients with SCI.Especially,electroacupuncture(EA)is a new-style therapy developed on the acupuncture and moxibustion of Chinese traditional medicine.Thus,it works by stimulating different sites(acupoints)to apply an electric current to the needle to treat various diseases.This paper expounds the mechanism of electroacupuncture treatment of spinal cord injury,and summarizes the research from three aspects:the evaluation standard and medical process of spinal cord injury,the clinical experimental research of electroacupuncture in spinal cord injury,and the research of clinical electroacupuncture equipment,so as to play a reference role in the field of EA-SCI.EA is a relatively new therapy based on traditional Chinese acupuncture therapy.
