摘要
目的探究土茯苓青黛汤治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法将64例寻常型银屑病患者按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各32例,对照组采用迪银片,观察组采用土茯苓青黛汤治疗,均治疗4周。比较两组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平、银屑病皮损面积和严重指数(PASI)评分。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率96.88%(31/32),高于对照组的71.88%(23/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组TNF-α、VEGF、PASI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论土茯苓青黛汤治疗寻常型银屑病可提高临床疗效,降低TNF-α、VEGF水平、PASI评分。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Tufuling Qingdai Decoction(土茯苓青黛汤)in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 64 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Diyin tablet.The observation group was treated with tufuling Qingdai Decoction for 4 weeks.The clinical effects of the two groups after treatment were compared-a(TNF-a),Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)level,PASI.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 96.88%(31/32),which was higher than 71.88%(23/32)in the control group(P<0.05).TNF in observation group-a,the levels of VEGF and the PASI score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tufuling Qingdai decoction can improve clinical efficacy and reduce TNF in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris一a,VEGF level and PASI.
