摘要
以氯化胆碱-尿素-1,4-丁二醇组成的低共熔溶剂(DES)为提取溶剂,采用超声辅助法提取绵马贯众中的总间苯三酚类成分,考察含水量、液料比、提取时间对绵马贯众中总间苯三酚类成分提取的影响。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:DES含水量62%,液料比16∶1 mL/g,提取时间60 min时,总间苯三酚得率可达18.59%。
The deep eutectic solvent(DES)consisting of choline chloride,carbamide and 1,4-butylene glycol was used as extraction solvent,ultrasound-assisted method was used to extract phloroglucinol derivatives from Dryopteridis Crassirhizomatis Rhizoma.Box-Behnken response surface methodology was used to investigate the effects of water ratio,liquid-solid ratio and extraction time on the yield of phloroglucinol derivatives.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:DES water ratio 62%,liquid-solid ratio 16∶1 mL/g,and extraction time 60 min.Under these conditions,the yield of phloroglucinol derivatives was 18.59%.
