煤热解半焦的活化及其脱硫性能研究 被引量:1

Study on the activation of coal pyrolysis semi-cokes and their desulfurization performances

摘要 对两种不同热解工艺产生的半焦XR和ZR的脱硫性能进行分析,发现其穿透硫容均小于2.5 mg/g,不适合直接应用于烟气脱硫。利用CO_(2)活化法制备了两类活性半焦XC和ZC,并考察其脱硫性能及孔隙结构。结果表明,ZC具有最佳综合性能,优化的制备工艺条件为:活化温度950℃,活化时间2 h,CO_(2)流量150 mL/min,其综合硫容达到70.9 mg/g;XC和ZC均具有丰富的微孔结构,孔径分布主要集中在1.20 nm和1.84 nm。 The desulfurization performances of semi-cokes(XR and ZR)produced by different pyrolysis processes were analyzed.It was found that the breakthrough sulfur dioxide capacity of both XR and ZR were less than 2.5 mg/g.Therefore,the raw semi-cokes are not suitable for flue gas desulfurization directly.Two kinds of activated semi-coke XC and ZC were prepared by CO_(2)activation method,and their desulfurization performances and pore structures were investigated.The result shows that activated semi-coke ZC has the best comprehensive performance.The optimized preparation process conditions are activation temperature of 950℃,activation time of 2 h,CO_(2)flow rate of 150 mL/min.The comprehensive sulfur dioxide capacity of ZC reaches 70.9 mg/g.Both XC and ZC have rich microporous structures,and the pore size distribution is mainly concentrated at 1.20 nm and 1.84 nm.
