Box-Behnken response surface optimization of electro-flocculation process for initial rainwater treatment

摘要 采用电絮凝工艺快速处理初期雨水,探究极板材料、电解时间、静沉时间、电极连接方式、极板间距、电流密度和极板数量等对污染物去除效果的影响,对影响程度较大的3个参数(电解时间、电流密度、极板间距),利用Box-Behnken响应面法优化最佳操作条件。结果表明,电解时间和电流密度对污染物去除效果影响呈极显著,在电解时间30 min、电流密度40 A/m2、极板间距3 cm的运行条件下,电絮凝法可有效去除初期雨水中的SS、COD和TP,SS去除率为92.46%,COD和TP去除率分别达到了85.46%和99.70%,吨水电耗为1.68 kW·h。 The electro-flocculation process is used to the rapid treatment of initial rainwater.The effects of electrode material,electrolysis time,dead time,electrode connection method,electrode spacing,current density and number of electrode plates,etc.on the removal of pollutants are tested,and the three parameters(electrolysis time,current density,electrode spacing)with a greater degree of influence were analyzed by Box-Behnken response surface method to optimize the best operating conditions.The results showed that electrolysis time and current density have extremely significant effects on the removal of pollutants.Under the operating conditions of electrolysis time of 30 min,current density of 40 A/m,and electrode spacing of 3 cm,the electrocoagulation method can effectively remove SS,the removal rate of COD and TP,SS was 92.46%,the removal rate of COD and TP also reached 85.46%and 99.70%,and the water and electricity consumption per ton was 1.68 kW·h.
